27/09/2010 Un-Like some manufacturers who consider the UK Requirement to be to demanding for there aircraft to meet we at TL- Ultralight were convinced that with our outstandingly designed TL 2000 Sting it would. TL- Ultralight are pleased to announce that the TL- 2000 Sting carbon has been cleared for flight by the most demanding Authority, THE UK. The UK LAA along with our agent Paul Sanders ( TL Sting UK ) have been working along with ourselves to obtain UK Approval this has been a demanding project due to the requirement the sting has been measured against (CS-VLA) but with the very high test data and quality of the air frame this has just been achieved. | |

10/09/2010 Our new machine - water jet cutting is in use now. We have improved the quality and speed up the aircraft serial production. This equipment allows us to proceed any new modifications very fast. | |

09/06/2010 TL-ULTRALIGHT company has implemented a new project under the Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation, entitled: Implementation of the development outcome into the production of a new type of aircraft. The project is co-funded by EU Structural Funds and state budget of the Czech Republic. This project includes CNC lathes, CNC milling cutters, water jet cutting and 9 meter (30feet) long 5-axis milling cutter. This our large investment co-funded by the European Union will improve the quality of our products, will speed up the serial production and additionally it will open new manufacturing processes. |

17/06/2010 From June 18th to June 25the the company TL-Ultralight in the cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague has carried out systematic testing to develop the flutter. The purpose of these measurements is to obtain a flutter resistance construction license for UL and LSA version. During the testing modern methods and measuring devices have been used, such as the frequency exciter and the sensing accelerometer. Totally detached former underground hangar has been used for the testing. The results obtained during demanding measurements so far confirm a high safety level of the aircraft design | |

2010 Shanghai - Sting dominates the Czech pavilion at Expo! |

26.5.2010 Our TL 2000 Sting crushes the expectations at the world exhibition EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, which takes place from 1st May until 31st October 2010. We have presented a special Sting cabin model without the tail and wings. Visitors are standing in long queues in order to be able to sit in the Sting model, to try the comfort and to take a picture with an artificially created background. Nobody, neither the organizers expected so much interest. We had to send a shipment to Shanghai with the new seats and control stick handels. Everything was so worn out as a result of the great attention. We are delighted to receive such a successes even on the other side of the world. | |
